How are your products clean?

The word 'clean' has many different iterations. It can mean being free from dirt or pollution, or it can mean being free from contamination.

At Areum Candle Co. we define clean as safe and high-quality products that put your mind at ease. We choose to use clean and environmentally sustainable materials so that you can truly enjoy our products without worrying whether the product you're using is safe for you or the environment.

Our products are handmade with Carcinogen-Free, Mutagen-Free, and Cruelty-Free materials.

When will my order arrive?

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been proccesed.

Actual arrival time is dependent on the postal carrier.

Why hasn't my order been processed yet?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

During holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping.

Do you ship internationlly?

Currently, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States of America.

What if my package is Late or Lost?

Is your delivery running late? 

We ask that you wait four additional business days beyond your Expected Delivery Date to allow for any carrier delays. 

Didn't receive your order and the tracking status shows Delivered? 

We ask that you please allow two additional business day past the delivered scan as the carrier may have accidentally scanned the delivery too early. 

Please be sure to check around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

What is your return/refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
